Marriage Licenses

• Fee and Payment: $50.00 (cash, check or card)
• Age Requirement: Both applicants must be 18 years old, if either party is under 18, please call the office for further details.
• Identification: Both applicants must be present with ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Other Government Issued ID)
• License Validity: All license obtained in this office are valid for thirty days and must be utilized in the state of Kentucky.
